Prestashop PayPal Payment Advanced is a Prestashop extension, which integrates with the Prestashop ecommerce Software to process payments through PayPal Advanced payment integration from PayPal. Prestashop PayPal Payment Advanced module supports, Authorize & Capture, Authorize only and Capture later feature. It also provides facilities for cancel/ voids any unsettled transactions. It also supports refund amount from configuration page. Prestashop PayPal Payment Advanced Module purchase is valid for one domain/ website and for installation in subsequent domains/ websites; a separate license needs to be purchased. Prestashop PayPal Payment Advanced Module purchase is valid for one domain/ website and for installation in subsequent domains/ websites; a separate license needs to be purchased. This Module works with both the Paypal Payment Advanced Account and Payflow link Account

Installation
Compatibility:
- The module is compatible with Prestashop ecommerce Version 1.3 - Latest Version of Prestashop.
- This likely works on prior releases - no guarantees.
- This module works with Paypal Payment Advanced Account / Payflow link Account.
Requirement:
PayPal - PayPal Payment Advanced - Manager Account that comprises of,
- Vendor ID from Paypal Payment Advanced Account / Payflow link Account
- Partner ID as `PayPal` for Paypal Payment Advanced Account / Payflow link Account
- SSL Certificate may be required and installed
- Merchant Login for Paypal Payment Advanced Account / Payflow link Account
- User Login Name for Paypal Payment Advanced Account / Payflow link Account
- cURL is required and MUST be compiled into PHP
- SSL Certificate installed
- This module may require Ion Cube loader.The server should have the ionCube loader installed. If it is not available or not installed, you can request your hosting provider to install this version of ion cube loader available at http://www.ioncube.com/loader_installation.php
Installation:
- Unzip the downloaded module archive file.
- Copy the folder "egrpaypalpaymentsadvanced" to the path "YOUR_PrestaShop_ROOT/MODULE".
- Go to Admin section, select payment module and install egrpaypalpaymentsadvanced
- Configure Merchant account information in configuration page
- Send test transaction and go live.

FAQ
1. I installed PayPal Advanced module and my customers paid for their orders using that module. But I didn't get any money on my PayPal account for those transactions.
Verify the mode of transaction enabled in PayPal Payment Advanced Module and/or PayPal Manager. PayPal Payment Advanced Module: The Sandbox mode should be “No” for live transactions.
PayPal Manager: The Transaction Process Mode should be “Live” for live transactions.
2. When customers make a payment they got an error message “Notice: Undefined index: order_id in /home/folder/public_html/catalog/controller/payment/egr_paypal_advanced.php”
Ensure that Return URL is configured properly in your PayPal Manager, “www.yourdomain.com/modules/egrpaypalpaymentsadvanced/return.php”
3. The customer can able to process credit card but not able to complete the order. It hangs on the white screen.

4. When submitted a transaction, the browser stays on a blank page.

Ensure that you have enabled the ‘CSC’ filed under the Billing Information in PayPal Manager.
6. Customers completed their transactions, but the items purchased are still in the shopping cart.
To clear the cart items after completion of transaction, you should set up your payment confirmation page in PayPal Manager as ‘On my website’, Enter Return URL and Return URL Method as ‘POST’.
7. I have tried to make test transaction using sandbox mode in the PayPal Advanced module. But it doesn’t work
Ensure that you have selected the Sandbox mode as “Yes” in PayPal Payment Advanced module.
Also ensure that you have configured the PayPal Sandbox email address in PayPal Manger.
8. How to set up the callback URL when an order is completed?
Configure the Return URL in your PayPal Manager, “www.yourdomain.com/modules/egrpaypalpaymentsadvanced/return.php”
9. PayPal Payment Advanced module required an SSL Certificate on the website?
The SSL certificate is not required for this module.
10. I got the error
“Some required information is missing or incorrect. Please correct the fields below and try again.
Error: Token is missing. Please return to the website from where you started your purchase and try again.”
Ensure the API settings are correct in the module configuration.
11. Email from the site is not triggering to be sent out automatically when a transaction is successfully completed.
Configure the Return URL in your PayPal Manager, “www.yourdomain.com/modules/egrpaypalpaymentsadvanced/return.php”
12. I installed your PayPal Payment Advanced module and keep receiving this message: Fatal error: “no default carrier”.
This is not from our PayPal Payment Advanced module. You need to set the default carrier in the back end.
13. Can we disable (Bill me later and Express checkout buttons) to the PayPal Payment Advanced?
Yes. You can able to disable these options on the site. Go to manager.paypal.com and choose option “No” for PayPal Express Checkout and Bill Me Later fields.
14. It shows that My Shopping Cart is in test mode. How do I fix this?
Verify the mode of transaction enabled in PayPal Payment Advanced Module and/or PayPal Manager.

15. The Payment is processed by PayPal but my site did not record or process the order.

16. What are the URLs for Cancel URL and Error URL in PayPal Manager?
Cancel URL: If a customer goes to the checkout and select the PayPal Advanced as payment gateway then this will redirect him immediately to the PayPal page. But for some reasons the customer decides to cancel the process and return back to the site. If their payment process is cancelled, then the customer will be returned to this URL
Error URL: If there is an error occurred during the payment process, then the customer will be redirected to this URL.
You can set the Cancel and Error URLs through PayPal Manager.
17. When I click on pay with credit card it just doesn't work.
This error occurs due to the JavaScript conflict on the site.
18. After a payment has been made, the screen goes to this text: Error 404--Not Found.
This error occurs because you are not setting the Return URL in PayPal Manager. Configure the Return URL in your PayPal Manager, “www.yourdomain.com/modules/egrpaypalpaymentsadvanced/return.php”
19. If I switch in PayPal Manager from Live to Test, I receive the error message. I just checked my Store Sales and anything with a credit card comes up as a 'Payment Declined'.
Ensure that you have configured the Sandbox email id in PayPal Manager.
Also ensure that the Sandbox mode is “Yes” in your PayPal Payment Advanced module settings.
20. When I capture the payment using the PayPal Payment Advanced module, it should be captured and settlement. But it is not. I didn't get any money from the PayPal for any of my transactions.
Hope that you configured the module in test mode and changed to live mode and some orders were placed in the store at that time. So you didn’t get any money from PayPal. Also the customers were not charged on their credit cards.
Please contact PayPal to solve this issue or ask your customer to make payment for those orders using an offline payment method.
21. Why the cancel page is shown in the IFRAME? And not in the new page? Is there a way to show the cancel page in a new page?
Yes. You need to configure the payment confirmation page in PayPal Manager. Choose a Show confirmation page as “On my website” under Payment Confirmation. Also enter the Return URL and choose POST as a Return URL Method.
22. Why does PayPal give me this error:
RESPMSG=Invalid+merchant+information%3A+10002-You+do+not+have+permissions+to+make+this+API+call
This error occurs due to incorrect API username or API password. So ensure the API settings are correct in the module configuration.
