The Dropshipper module for Prestashop is an ideal choice for retailers and wholesale vendors. This module facilitates and optimizes the way customers place their orders, thus attracting more Dropshipper to your company. It can calculate shipping fees based on the delivery address, product weight, product cost, and product quantity. The module can also calculate shipping fees based on the number of addresses specified and products being delivered to each particular address. Moreover, it enables the user to specify a number of shipping addresses for a single order.

Compatibility:
- DropShipper requires PrestaShop eCommerce Version 1.5.X and Version 1.6.X
Requirement:
- Ion Cube loader is mandatory for this module.The server should have the ionCube loader installed. If it is not available or not installed, you can request your hosting provider to install this version of ion cube loader available at http://www.ioncube.com/loader_installation.php
Installation:
- To install manually, unzip the downloaded module archive file and upload the modules folder, "dropshipper" to “ROOT / MODULE”.
- To install from backend, go to module section select ‘Upload Module’ option and then browse the module package.
- Go to Admin section, select ‘Module’ tab and find the drop shipper module and click ‘Install’ to install the module.
- Click on ‘configure link’ to setup drop shipper

1. What are the minimum requirements for this module?

4. What are the configurations that a merchant should do initially?
The merchant has to configure the following
- Create suppliers
- Create product and associating to suppliers
- Create employee accounts for suppliers and associate to suppliers

5. Is the DropShipper Module multi-lingual? If yes, what are all languages will this module support?
Yes. This module supports multiple languages. You can use this module in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish. In the PO file you can set any preferable language.
6. How to add a supplier to the website?
In the Admin Panel the supplier tab is present under the catalog menu, where the suppliers can be added. The profile of the supplier should be added using Dropshipper module.
7. Does the supplier have a separate login and interface on the website?
Yes. The supplier has a separate login and interface on the website.
8. Does the supplier have the facility for managing their products and orders?
No. The supplier can only view and update the orders from the supplier back end.
9. What are all the shipping gateways / methods supported by this module?
The module supports Flat Rate, USPS, FedEx, AU Post, and Canada Post.
10. Is the shipping gateways supplier specific in each order?
Yes. The shipping gateways are supplier specific.
11. How does a supplier know that he received orders for products listed?
The supplier will get the automated order notification via email once the products are ordered.
12. Does this module have the facility for merchants to generate print labels and barcode?
Yes. This module provides the facility for merchants to generate print labels and barcode.
13. Does this module support multi-origin shipment?
Yes. This module supports multi-origin shipment.
14. Does this module support multiple delivery address in an order?
No. This module doesn’t support multiple delivery address for a single order.
15. What are the other functions supported by this module other than shipment?
Advanced Flat-rate builder, Split products in the shopping cart based on the vendor and shipping rates, Send purchase order to each supplier through email are some of the other functions supported by this module.
16. Does this module have integration with the Blue-dart courier?
No, Blue-dart shipping carrier is not supported by this module.
17. When I try to pay for an order, I get the “Site Error”. How can I resolve this?
You have to contact the support team at ModuleBazaar via support@modulebazaar.com and they will resolve it for you.
18. Sometimes the shipping cost for 1 product or few products remains the same. Is the shipping cost based on the no. of units? Is this an issue or is it the nature of the module?
If the product’s weight is0 then it will be the same, but if the weight of the product is above 0 then shipping rates will change.
19. Does this module have any facilities like change the tracking number and shipping cost?
This Module provides options to the supplier to update the tracking number and edit them later, but shipping costs are fixed.
20. Does this module generate the sales reports?
Yes. This module generates sales reports based on the suppliers.
